These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your participation in the Up & Out Deliverance Conference (the “Event”). By accessing the site or registering for the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. About the Conference
Up & Out Deliverance Conference is an annual faith-based conference founded by Apostle TG Gardner of The Way Fellowship Church of Dallas in Dallas, Texas. Rooted in Christian principles and the Word of God, this powerful gathering invites individuals from all walks of life into a transformational journey of healing, deliverance, and empowerment.
Through Bible-based teachings, worship, prayer, and hands-on deliverance, our mission is to help you release limiting beliefs, overcome past wounds, and step into the full potential of your God-given purpose.
2. Eligibility and Participation
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission
- Complete the official registration process
- Agree to all terms and conference policies
- Approach the event with a respectful and open spirit
3. Tickets and Payment
- Tickets are sold exclusively through our official website.
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Tickets may only be transferred with written permission. If you need to transfer your ticket, send an email to our team at info@twfcdallas.org
4. Spiritual Content and Experience
This event includes:
- Spiritual teachings and live ministry
- Prayer, worship, and deliverance sessions
- Opportunities for emotional and spiritual healing in a faith-centered environment
By registering, you acknowledge the spiritual nature of the Event. Participation is voluntary and respectful engagement is expected.
5. Code of Conduct
- Respect speakers, leaders, attendees, and staff
- No disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior
- Follow instructions from event staff and volunteers
6. Media Release
By attending, you give Up and Out DC permission to:
- Record, photograph, or video you at the event
- Use your likeness in future promotional or ministry materials
If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please notify a staff member at check-in.
7. Health, Safety & Liability
- Follow all health and safety protocols
- Assume all risks related to attendance and participation
- We are not liable for illness, injury, lost property, or other damages
8. Cancellations and Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we may provide credit for future events, but no refunds will be issued.
9. Intellectual Property
All content shared at the Event is protected. You may not record or distribute without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Disputes will be handled in Washington, D.C. courts.
